Grade A – Excellent / Like New

Grade A products show minimal to no signs of wear and perform like new. These units are fully functional, professionally cleaned, and thoroughly tested. The casing will be free from scratches or visible marks. Ideal for customers who want a near-new experience while benefiting from the value of refurbished tech. Eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase.

Grade B – Very Good

Grade B items may show light signs of previous use, such as minor scuffs or surface marks, but remain fully functional and professionally cleaned. These are perfect for anyone seeking a dependable device with small cosmetic imperfections at a lower price point. Eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase.

Grade C – Good / Acceptable

Grade C products will have more noticeable wear, including visible scratches, scuffs, or small dents. While cosmetic flaws are present, each item is tested, cleaned, and in full working order. These are great for tech-savvy users who care more about function than looks. Eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase.

Grade D – Functional with Issues / For Parts

Grade D devices may have defects such as missing components, damaged ports, or cracked casings. While they power on and are partially functional, they may have limitations or require repairs. These are sold as-is and are intended for hobbyists, repair projects, or spare parts. No returns are accepted for Grade D products.

Grade F – Non-Functional / Not Working

Grade F items do not boot, power on, or function in any usable way. No further testing is conducted, and these are sold strictly for parts or recycling. Ideal for those who need components or are comfortable working with non-working hardware. These items are sold as-is with no returns accepted.
